Shipping policy

COURIER
We aim to send your purchases out within 1-3 working days.  Online orders are dispatched Monday-Friday.  Your order will be sent by tracked courier, you will be automatically emailed your tracking details.

PICK-UP
Your items will be available for pick up once your receive the notification via e-mail.

NEW ZEALAND

We charge a flat rate of $5 within New Zealand for tracked courier.  

AUSTRALIA

Yes, we now ship Australia wide!

Once your order is dispatched target delivery is 7 business days to arrive. If you have not  received your order within 14 days please get in touch.

Sorry we don't accept bank deposit on Australian orders.

All orders containing pre-sale items will be sent when the pre-sale item arrives.
